YFull has published DNA kits from "Genetic Discontinuity between Maritime Archaic and Beothuk Populations in Newfoundland". One kit presents with subclade D1ak, and ten+ kits presenting as subclades: D1u*, D1u1*, D1u1a*, and D1u1a1. We don't know the subclade of the Boudot lines.
